CHOOSING YOUR FLOOR

A few good questions.
A clearer starting point.

Polished concrete or grind & seal?

Polishing refines the concrete through progressively finer abrasives. Grind & seal pairs prepared concrete with a surface sealer. Both can achieve a clean exposed-concrete look; the right choice depends on your slab, desired sheen, use, and maintenance expectations.

Can I add color to my concrete?

Dyes and stains bring color into the design while retaining the concrete’s natural variation. Existing patches, porosity, and previous treatments affect the result. A sample area helps establish a realistic color direction for your floor.

What do you need to price my project?

Start with the location, approximate square footage, photos of the existing floor, the finish you want, and your timing. Preparation, removal of old flooring, repairs, and access all affect the scope. We may need to see the slab before giving a final proposal.
